Member Oktoberfest Ticket Sale
Purchasing Procedures
Ratskeller to open at 5:00pm *please note this is one hour later than usual*
Number slips will be distributed as members enter the building.
While waiting to purchase the Oktoberfest ticket(s), members should write their preferred date(s) and table seating preference on their number slip.
When a group of numbers is called, those holding the appropriate number slips will proceed to the Sängerhalle to purchase the Oktoberfest tickets.
Membership status must be current and will be checked
Lapsed or suspended membership status' are ineligible for ticket purchase
Membership card is required for purchase (temporary cards accepted)
If membership card needs to replaced, contact reply-to@pghmannerchor.com before August 14, 2024 to receive a replacement card.
There is a $10 replacement charge for lost membership cards.
Cash, check or charge are accepted.
No online/phone sales or reservations.
Meals and Times
The Sängerhalle will open at 4:45pm for those with the Dinner and Show Ticket (12:45pm on 10/27)
Appetizers will be served in the Sängerhalle at 5:00pm (1:00pm on 10/27)
The Buffet, featuring traditional Oktoberfest foods, will be served in the Sängerhalle from 5:30pm until 7:00pm (1:30pm until 3:00pm on 10/27).
Show Only Tickets will not be admitted prior to 7:15pm (3:15pm on 10/27)
Ticket Prices
Dinner and Show Ticket - $55.00 per person – Includes Show and Buffet, plus three (3) alcoholic drink tokens -or- unlimited soft drinks for Designated Drivers
Show Only Ticket - $30.00 per person - available for purchase one week prior to the event date - please do not ask to purchase earlier than 7 days before the event. Seating based upon availability
Please note that gratuity is not included in the ticket price.
7% PA sales tax is included in the ticket price.
Trachten or Business Casual dress is required for each date except for Friday October 11th
The Teutonia Door Committee reserves the right to deny entry, without refund, to anyone not adhering the event dress code. For more information on the Teutonia dress codes, please visit us at:
